LAUGHTER CLUB - 2:30 - 3:30 pm – FREE - and the 3rd Saturday of every month - An hour of pure joyfulness, laughter, music, and FUN!!

GENERATING JOY – 4:00 - 5:00 pm - FREE!! Times are tough. People have more stress and challenges than ever before. Research shows that happiness can be learned and cultivated. Learn techniques, exercises, and ways of thinking to decrease your stress and increase your joyfulness even in difficult times in this fun, interactive, and informative “play”shop. Led by Debbie Ellison, Joy Activator!, and Laughter Coach, Leader, & Teacher.
